Warranty:
There is a 5 year warranty on all products. Return any product that fails before that time period and we'll send you a replacement item.
Ordering:
Your on-line orders are made securely using the PayPal secure shopping cart.

Shipping:
- Normal Shipping Method: U.S. Postal Service
- Packaging: We use recycled cardboard boxes and pack with crumpled newspapers and other reused packing products.
- Turn-around Time: On-line orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service on the following business day (allow 6 postal days for delivery). Mailed in orders paid by check or money order will be shipped when the financial transaction clears the bank, which could delay the shipment up to two weeks. Thank you for your patience.
